Guests award 43 Best Western hotels for service excellence on TripAdvisor

Forty-three Best Western hotels across Australia and New Zealand have been awarded a 2013 Certificate of Excellence by the world's largest travel site, TripAdvisor®.

Best Western Chief Executive Officer, Rob Anderson said all 43 properties ought to be congratulated on achieving the outstanding industry accolade.

“Best Western property Managers take pride in delivering a warm, friendly customer service experience for all their guests,” Rob said.

“It is an honour for our 43 properties to know that guests enjoyed staying with them, shown by the time they took to rate their experience on TripAdvisor.

“All our hotel properties undergo a stringent 200-point quality assurance check, used to maintain the standard of quality in every Best Western property worldwide. We are always pleased to receive feedback, especially if we can use it to help improve each guest’s experience with Best Western,” Rob said.

Thirty-six Best Western hotels in Australia and seven in New Zealand received a Certificate of Excellence.

To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, the properties must have maintained an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor. Only 10% of accommodations listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award each year.
