Wine.Food.Hotel is passionate about sustainability, whether we're drinking, eating or travelling. In fact, it was the focus for the food and wine program we put together titled 'The Sustainable Table', for the 2010 HIA Home Show in Sydney and Melbourne.

Putting together this program gave us the opportunity to meet and collaborate with some of Australia's leading authors on sustainability, sustainable food producers, restaurants and wine makers. All these people and businesses share our passion for creating a sustainable future. They don't just talk about it, but live and breathe it everyday – it's an integral part of their products and business practices.

Wine.Food.Hotel wanted to acknowledge and thank these people for their involvement in supporting our 'Sustainable Table' food and wine program and also to those who sponsored our 2010 Celebrity Chef for a Day cooking competition.
