Breakfast Time a Social Affair at Middle Park Hotel


‘Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper.’

With this motto echoing in the back of their minds, Middle Park Hotel recently launched a royally fit breakfast menu in July of last year, reintroducing Melbournians to an early-day dining experience best served ‘social’.

On Sunday 6th March, Middle Park Hotel will host its very first ‘High Society Breakfast’ as part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. A stand up breakfast event, harnessing the beautiful food, beverages, surroundings and company that will add some glamour to your morning meal.

A selection of breakfast canapés will be served up by acclaimed chef Paul Wilson, including Truffled Eggs Benedict and Champagne poached peaches on almond croissant French toast.

Long gone are the days where a bowl of cereal satisfies and a single slice of toast can justify breakfast.

Under the eye of consulting chef Paul Wilson, Middle Park Hotel serves traditional yet elegant breakfast cuisine from 7am-11am daily. For the man who’s eyes are bigger than his stomach, the ‘Sportsman’s Big Breakfast’ plates up rare breed pork sausage coil, spinach, double farm egg, bacon and mushroom on toast. For ladies who want to enjoy without overdoing it, delicious blueberry pikelets with a glass of Laurent Perrier Champagne is an exquisite duo.

Needless to say, a fabulous drinks menu accompanies the breakfast selections. Hailed as THE tastiest Bloody Mary in Melbourne is but one of the beverages of choice to enhance your first meal of the day.

A booking fee of $50 secures your attendance to the High Society event, breakfast, Laurent Perrier served throughout and fabulous company.

For those wanting the full royal treatment, Middle Park Hotel is offering a special overnight package priced at $110 per person which Includes overnight accommodation in a twin share room, followed by the High Society Breakfast the following morning.
