Wine Course: Introduction To Burgundy - Tuesday 21st and 28th May, 7pm-8:30pm
The French region of Burgundy, birthplace of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, produces some of the most loved wines on the planet. Learn your Puligny Montrachet from your Vosne-Romanee, and your Chambolle Musigny from your Chablis at The Tasting Table’s two-week wine course.

“Many customers say they don’t like Chardonnay and ask for Chabils instead. However, Chablis is the most Northerly appellation of Burgundy and is 100% Chardonnay, but made in a different style,” says Jack. The first week will focus on Chardonnay and the other on Pinot Noir. Each night will feature six wines, with at least two Premier Crus and two Grand Crus, matched with classic Burgundian cheeses and meats. Guests will keep their six complimentary Burgundy tasting glasses.

Tickets are $180 per person.
