Twist by Pierre Gagnaire is City Center's highest level of fine dining restaurant. This is Pierre Gagnaire's first debut in the USA which is located at the 23rd floor of Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas. We looked forward to the $160 six-course prix-fixe dinner. Unfortunately, it closed on Sunday and Monday when we were there. The guest service staff gave us a private tour of this luxurious place. We walked through a nicely decorated hallway which connects the Sky Lobby and Twist. The built-in wine cellar is located at the upper level and stores many expensive wine bottles. The staff told us that 300 crystal balls were originally shipped for installation. Some staff accidentally broke one. It has only 299 crystal balls hanging around to shine this elegant restaurant! Twist has nice view of the Strip and citycenter. Its atmosphere is inviting, friendly and intimate.
