HUDSON MEATS OPENS IN TIME FOR SPRING ON SEPTEMBER 2 IN TOORAK VILLAGE

We all remember the nostalgia of a traditional local butcher. They knew your name, gave you great advice and best of all they sold great meat. Well we're about to see the return of that service with the opening of Hudson Meats in Toorake Village Melbourne on the 2nd September, just in time for Spring.

The boutique butcher and deli will offer a diverse range of premium meats, small goods, and condiments - Grass fed Beef, six week Dry-Aged Beef, Veal, Free-range Pork, Duck, Quail, Rabbit,Venison, Pasture-raised Chickens, Spatchcock, Haggis, Gourmet Sausages, Chorizo, artisan hand-made Salami, Italian Prosciuttos, Terrines, Spanish Jamon, Cured Meats, Burgers, Kebabs, Roasts, Oils, Condiments, Preserves, Marinades, Dips, Rice, Grains and Pasta, even Ice Cream!

All produce is carefully sourced for its superior quality and “Paddock to Plate” philosophy. Customers can expect quality, knowledge, friendliness and expertise and most staff have spent time meeting with the farmers during the preparation for the new store opening in September. In addition, Hudson Meats will conduct a number of in-store Hands-On Events that include: - Sausage Making, Salami Making and butchery expertise classes on the handling and breaking down of meat.”

The new Hudson Meats will be conveniently positioned adjacent to Woolworth’s supermarket with frontage onto the Toorak Village car park at Tok H Toorak. Official Opening Monday 2 September 2013.
