Available to book now for stays between 1st November 2013 and 30th April 2014, each package includes accommodation in a Thai inspired Deluxe room with a daily buffet breakfast for two persons. In addition for one person, each selected scuba course includes equipment of a mask, snorkel and fin, BCD, wetsuit, regulator, tank and weights, a Dive Master service and liability insurance, as well as refreshments of drinking water, snacks and fruit on board.
The Anantara Si Kao Open Water Diver package offers a stay of five nights or more, so that beginners have enough time to complete the four day PADI Open Water Diver Course and four dives. This is the world’s most popular scuba course and has introduced millions of people to the pleasures of a diving lifestyle. Comprising three main phases, scuba students learn the basic principles, before putting theory into practice with confined water dives and then open water dives to review skills.
Idyllically situated with a private beach along a breathtaking stretch of the Andaman coastline, only an hour south of Krabi Airport and just a 30 minute drive from Trang Airport, Anantara Si Kao Resort & Spa forms part of Hat Chao Mai National Park, which is home to some of the world’s best dive sites. While dazzling schools of small darting fish are accompanied by giant barracudas, tuna and manta rays, as well as leopard sharks and even grey reef sharks.
